They’ve been servicing my unit for years, and every time there’s an issue, their team is out right away—no matter how busy they are or what the weather’s like. Dorthy, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly understanding the issue and arranging for a technician to come by in record time—Ross arrived just 20 minutes after my call! Ross was thorough, professional, and efficient. He quickly troubleshot the issue and had my heater back up and running in just 15 minutes. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I am so happy I found Hocha Cool! After researching and interviewing several companies in the immediate area, Eric was by far the most knowledgeable in his trade. He did not disappoint! Our install was not an easy new build. He properly planned from day 1 and executed each stage of install as planned. He is extremely detailed. He had architectural challenges with my build, but never tried to take shortcuts. He returns calls promptly and has a great team of employees. All were always ready to answer questions and always helpful! He has been a true professional and if I could give him a 10 rating, I would.
