Technician done his job. Diagnosed and replaced part. It is a terrible business model. Prices on parts and labor were seriously inflated. Will not be recommending or using this service again.
Tyler came around 10:20 am, looked at the Whirlpool washer, ran two test cycles...no parts needed as described by the other appliance repairmen. Thank you that the Assurant Warranty covered this call-out.
No repairs were done because the technician would not listen to my husband about how to take our oven out of its cabinet but still made us pay. We are on SSI and cannot afford any extra expenses. I
