The staff is extremely professional, polite and patient. The price for a new auto fob was very reasonable. I felt secure in their expertise. Tim is one of the nicest people I have ever met and I highly recommend Hoernel!

Nice Places,I was there to get a new key and a Remote Program for my car. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thay did a good Job I was happy with the work thay did.

A family highly recommended this establishment and I was not disappointed and highly impressed. Even a odd shaped key is not a issue for these people. My woman has severe physical disabilities so she uses a motor scooter that only has one key. The scooter repair shop recommended to contact the manufacturer. I stopped into Hoermel and was instantly impressed. The best $3 bucks I ever spent.

I paid $264 for a replacement key fob that didn't work. He said he would order a new one from the dealership, but I haven't heard from him since.
