Had a great experience. Ryan was super informative and helpful providing a quote. He was also my on-site tech: arrived on time, was super respectful and was meticulous throughout. Pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend and will surely use them again in the future when the opportunity arises.

Chris was very informative and gave me information on how he could program a new fob for my car. It was all going well until we got to the final programming and a warning message came up concerning my car. Chris called his tech assistant, to confirm the next step, he instructed Chris to cancel the procedure. So Chris did. It was nice dealing with Chris he is a honest man who understands service. I would recommend Hoernel lock and key in Kenosha.

Just had to get some keys made. But the person behind the counter was very nice, very respectful. Definitely, will be coming back for anything else I need. I didn't know they sold safes as well.Some pretty cool stuff to look at when you go in.

After months of waiting and numerous phone calls about getting a key made. Always we’re sorry and will call you back after I check with the owner. Nothing ever happened. I will never recommend this business.
