Hoffman Town Center

I had a problem with the machine and went a called for help the man working there was extremely rude to me. It was an easy fix but the man was yelling at me for daring to have an issue with the machine. I politely asked that he not speak to me so rudely as he was walking away before my issue was even resolved. It’s doesn’t cost anything to be polite. I was not rude once nor raised my voice while the machine was having an issue. Don’t take it out on your customers just because you are having a bad day. I’ll be taking the metro from now on instead of using the parking garage.

Very relaxing area. You can catch a movie around here. Like restaurants,smell bay and food center is around here.

It took us at least 20 minutes to get out of the 3rd floor of the garage at 2154 at night. Having patrons pay at the exit gate causes large backups. In addition the flow of the incoming and outgoing vehicles need to be reconsidered/reevaluated as there are huge bottlenecks of cars in opposite directions trying to fit in the tight turns while other cars are trying to park. We were grateful that our validated parking from the movie theater gave us 4 hours from the time of validation as that’s probably how long it will take you to get out of the garage.

Had to park here to see a movie. Validated my parking like I always do at the theater. After I got back to my car, the gate wouldn’t accept the validation. No one picked up at the help line. Such a scam.

This is the first parking garage I have reviewed. I went on a Sunday it was easy to find a parking space it was busy enough and well lighted enough that it felt like a safe place. It is right around the corner from the AMC Hoffman 22 Cinema which is where I was going. And since the Hoffman validates parking tickets, parking was free.
