Hoffman's Exterminating

Hoffmans treated a yellow jackets nest located under the eaves high on the back of our house above the corner of a deck area. They responded the day after my request which was appreciated. They quoted two prices based on the height of the ladder required to access the nest. After the technician surveyed the location, he quoted the higher price assuming use of a long ladder from the ground, which I agreed to. But then, the he proceeded to use a short ladder from the deck. I did not know this until after the treatment was done. The technician made no adjustment to the initially agreed higher price. Called early Saturday morning with an issue with yellow jackets getting into my house. Got a quick call back and sent their exterminator Greg out within 2 hours. Greg was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took care of the situation immediately and stayed on site to make sure for a short period. Would highly recommend Hoffmans to everyone.

The technician Paris was polite and professional and as of right now it appears the treatment he applied for yellow jackets has taken care of the infestation. I would definitely recommend Hoffman’s and will use them in the future.

We found a hornet’s nest the size of a soccer ball while trimming a willow bush. We knew we shouldn't take care of it ourselves with the can or two of wasp spray we had. Called Hoffman exterminating on Monday, made an appointment for the next day. A few hours later, we received a call from Gregory, their technician, saying that he would be able to come over that day. Gregory was very professional and friendly. He explained what he would do, we went inside, we then went inside while he sprayed the nest, cut it out of the bush, and bagged it. He commented that it was the largest hornet’s nest that he had seen so far this season. We highly recommend Gregory and Hoffman’s exterminating.A+++

They where able to provide service the day I called with a yellow jacket issue in my yard. I don't expect a business to respond the same day but I am happy they could fit us into the schedule. I did not meet the exterminator personally but I was told he was professional and polite. Thank you for your help and I plan to hire your company again in the future.
