Hoke's Heating & Air.

The only company I will use now. We've been using Hoke's for about two-three years now. A super fair and honest company. I've always had wonderful technicians. I think the prices are very reasonable. We love our new AC unit and the continued checkups we get. If you want the best in Middle Georgia, I highly recommend Hokes.

Extremely Overpriced and Rude Technician I had a very unpleasant experience here. They charged me over $400 for a job that took less than 30 minutes. When I politely questioned the cost, the technician simply responded, “Yeah, it’s expensive,” and kept repeating that it’s because of the “skill and experience involved” — without explaining anything clearly or trying to justify the cost in a professional way. What bothered me the most was the technician’s arrogant and dismissive attitude. He showed no interest in listening to my concerns and made no effort to communicate respectfully. It felt like he was trying to shut down the conversation instead of providing any real explanation. On top of that, they recommended replacing all three dampers even though only one was faulty. Hokes team installed a new central heat/air system (including ducts) in our house. The guys did a great job!!

This company sent out a rude and very unprofessional tech for my service call. He immediately told me I had a leak before he even got near my unit. Then he proceeded to throw out random guess after guess of what was wrong all the while telling me he has never worked on my brand of HVAC and had never even seen one. After a light bit of troubleshooting he told me I had a restriction because he could hear a rattling. Then told me I need a new unit. My unit is brand new and just installed in April 2023! He then continued to criticize the brand of my unit and the people who installed it. He advised he would have to research parts and get back to me. Less than 20 minutes after he left the company called to advise they won’t work on my unit. So I’m out time and money and had to deal with a rude
