They charge $1000 for overpriced termite station "total investment" but soon as you end recurring service charges after it is all paid for they come and pull them up as "their property". No bond offerred. So what did I invest in? Nothing. This is the sort of straight up scammy own nothing subscription model nonsense that is becoming all too common. Youre better off going with another company or doing it yourself.

We have a new construction home with a termite contract through this company. They installed the boxes shortly before closing and submitted the report. They should have returned in November 2024 to do the 1 year inspection, but never did. I got a notification they wanted to do it on July 1st, 2025. No one showed up on my ring camera dor the inspection, yet I get an inspection report from Christopher Caputo that the inspection was done in 20 seconds with no notes. I contacted rocket to ask about this and they admitted it should not be that way. They rescheduled for this morning between 8-10am and were supposed to call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. No call, no show! Same inspector gave a signed report within an 8 second timeframe and had no notes. He did not show up at all. Even the notes on

Terrible customer service. No representative that answered could provide adequate answers or explain pest control plans. Requested a call from a supervisor, never spoke with a supervisor. They were supposed to do quarterly inspections and did not come close to completing.

Isabel was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. She explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs considering we have 18-1/2 year old fur babies. She was prompt at returning phone calls and getting the documents over needed to establish new customer status.

Very crazy that I can get my credit card charged about 15 times before I get a call or email regarding my statement that hasn’t been paid. I am on low income and at this point you’re taking my money from a disabled person. If I am owing you money you need to call and express that not charge random cards which is actually against the law to do , I will never use this place again. The communication was very poor. I was the only person on file but yet my husband got text messages during his working hours. From the same female that I didn’t want coming to our camper because she didn’t do nothing the first time I have had live traps set in our camper. They have not been touched or removed like they are supposed to so kids and children and dogs and everything like that I suppose is supposed to
