Holbrook Sewer and Excavating

Thank you to Jeremy, Ralph and crew. They replaced my old septic system (that gave me all kinds of problems)with a JET system. No more leach bed. They are extremely professional. Handled all the permits. Addressed and fixed a few issues they were not expecting. Installed and had everything running in 1-1/2 days. I had water and toilets during the install. Jeremy and his crew came to our rescue this past winter. Our entire little community was without water for 5 days when Jeremy was gracious enough to take on the job right before Christmas, on Christmas Eve!! He and his team were friendly, polite, respectful, and very professional. Our water was working within a few short hours!! Would highly recommend!!!

This company is simply the best in Lake County with their wisdom and problem-solving. I had several companies out once I got flagged by the city of Painesville for my sanitary sewer, not being separate from the storm sewer, wanted me to separate costing over $40,000 several companies came out to prove that the sanitary and Storm store was separated. None of them could figure it out. This company came in with an hours. They figured it out that there were two separate Sewer lines, one for the Storm and one for the sanitary saving me over $40,000. Very grateful that I have found them. Do not waste your time with any other sewer company I would definitely consider hiring this company for any of your sewer and excavating needs.

We had water leak into our laundry room from our upper level in between the kitchen and bathroom. We had called Holbrook sewer and excavating in the evening and they came next morning. Payton and Jeremy Jr were very friendly and professional upon arrival and we showed them everything and they got right to work. Jeremy and his crew resolved a sewer problem that was an ongoing issue for many years. The drain in our kitchen would require frequent snaking to regain proper flow. A plumber using a camera discovered that we had a collapsed pipe under the slab. The section of pipe would have to be replaced. Rather than having the floor inside of our home torn up we decided to have a new drain line added outside the home. We called Jeremy. Jeremy and his crew excavated, ran new pipe and did tie-in to the main all in one day. We now have a drain that actually flows and no longer backs up. Jeremy and his crew were a pleasure to interface with and very professional. Excellent work.
