Not sure who they have running their office, but the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. As a business owner myself, that is not how you talk nor treat people let alone other contractors and/or clients. I have tried to call for 3 days before this lady answered the phone, and even the cell phone number that is on the answering machine to contact as well. With no return calls, and then to deal with that? Pitiful and sad.
