The asphalt was good and hot. I really liked it. The problem was the rest of the service. They are not prepared for new customers (my case). Telephone service, service at the scale is very bad. Payment is very archaic. In addition, service is done via radio, which is completely out of reasonable volume. They said the place would close at 3:30, but at 3:08 they were already answering more. I had to buy more asphalt at P.J. Keating in Lunenburg MA, where I should never have left. OBS: Put up signs indicating everything and what to do. Don't be ashamed to show the product and how to buy and pay. Move the receiving office to the 1• floor. Be prepared for a new generation of consumers.
