BAD EXPERIENCE with a Tech. Awfully rude from the start. Asked for a receipt of the disconnection or some type of notice, and asked to bring it to me. And did not give me anything kept it, laughed and drove off. Electric company techs are more well mannered in this type of situation. He shouldnt even work if he's gonna bring all his frustrations and bad vibes to work and only create bad situations and bad experiences with costumers.

Today a tech from this company came to my home and disconnected my electricity on behalf of the electric company. I was flabbergasted when he arrived because I had just called the electric company and my bill was due today. As I was explaining this to him he really didn't pay attention. He just said he had to do it. I called the electric company while in his presence and of course was put on hold. He wouldn't wait just claiming he had no time. He quickly disconnected the electricity and ran off. I called the Holguins electric and explained what was going on but resolved nothing. The tech was unwilling to give me the opportunity to find out what was going on. I got everything straightened out and now have to wait until who knows when to get it turned on. A company in a really tough situation, trying desperately to make ends meet by picking up wet work from El Paso Electric. The veritable Grim Reaper of Electricity for Las Cruces, at least the owner is polite. Perhaps some day, they'll expand their skill set to serving the community positively, by fixing electric shorts, preventing fires and replacing bad breakers, etc. As of now, all 5 stars for a company you'll never use for anything.

Tailgated me relentlessly on my motorcycle. Then nearly hit me when I passed. Definitely seemed drunk or on drugs

Terrible staff they are checking meters for the electric company there is a lady who got rude and cut my power a few months ago for no reason when offered payment on site. I was told it would be handled shes checking my meter currently
