Holiday inn

WARNING!!! Do not park here, I booked a parking spot here online for $32. Not only is the price not worth it for this lot. The staff are absolutely useless, clueless, and rude! We were having a great night out until we ended up waiting in this lot for over an hour. They could not figure out which cars were parked in front of ours. Don’t waste your money, time, and energy. If I could give this place a true rating it would be -5 out 5. Worst parking lot in Philadelphia!

I’ve been parking here since 2021. Never had any issues. Today I parked and I got to the garage around 6:30am. I go back for my car around 6:15pm and come back to a scratch on the side mirror. And my car was moved since I last saw it so either THEY (the parking attendants) scratched my mirror when moving it/moving someone else’s car or a person parking their car scratched it. Either way, they’re talking about they don’t have camera footage beyond when I come to the garage. Shady. Ok. The guys (namely Miguel) were very condescending to me about it saying “Oh it’ll wipe right off.” Regardless of it being able to be wiped off, there’s still an obvious difference between my driver mirror (the scratched one) and my passenger mirror. They are deceptive scam artists. The sign outside shows in big font $17 but when you park then they tell you that’s the early bird special. I parked for 2 hours in the evening and got charged $28. They should be fined for deceptive advertising. Inside isn’t really that great either. You have to park tightly and give them your keys. Customer service is laughable!

Staff curbed two wheels on my car. Can’t get the company to respond on filing damage claim. Holiday Inn has been useless so far as well.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I made a reservation with Spot Hero. I don’t know who was behind me at the gate but the guy was violent and screaming at me while I was taking my phone out to scan it. I don’t know if he is a Holiday Inn employee or garage employee. If so, he doesn’t deserve his job. On our way to the second level, the guy got out of the car he was driving to scream and harass another person to move. The garage was insanely overloaded. We went up to the last available floor and there was no parking. There were two cars per slot overcrowded to an inch of each other. The place felt totally unsafe!!! Did you know there’s a weight limit for places like this? DON’T USE THIS PLACE!!!! I had to call Spot Hero to request a refund.
