John Holland, the owner of this place told me I needed to place a deposit for some floors we picked out. At first everything was fine and we wanted to support a small local business, and he had good floor selections. He said the floors would be installed in one month. So we paid him $1800 for the deposit on the floors and he proceeded to ghost us over the next several months and not return our numerous calls or texts. So he effectively scammed us $1800 as we never did get the floors installed or any materials from him. To this day he still has not responded (paid him the deposit for the floors August 2025). Do not go here unless you want to get scammed.
