Hollywood-Crawford Garage Doors & Openers

Our appointment window was 9-11 am. At 8:24 am received a call from the technician letting us know he was on his way and was about 40 minutes out. Danny arrived on time and very knowledgeable. Brought our openers up to code, replaced parts on our two door opener, and performed overall maintenance on both doors. Great job and great service! Definitely recommend.

Great service! Mona was able to schedule my appointment the same day and Dan was able to repair my garage door quickly and efficiently. I was worried I’d have to replace one of the panels in the door, but Dan was able to find a solution that avoided that. Imy garage door is now working great and it’s quieter than I’ve ever heard it before.

I’ve always used Hollywood-Crawford for my garage door needs and always will. Their service scheduling provides me the quick turnaround times I need. Their service tech today, Cameron was outstanding; he was helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything, mentioned an additional service of which I was unaware that provided me a next level of service and longevity of my garage doors.

Danny made contact to give me an ETA. He was straight forward with the estimates. Danny showed me and my husband what needed to be fixed, went over pros and cons of replacing all the hardware vs not. The job was done in a timely manner and no need we left. Also, Danny was friendly and I felt comfortable allowing him into my home. Honestly I did not do much research but I think the price I paid was worth it for the warranties on the parts and labor.

I received garage door repair quotes from two separate companies, and although H-C was not the most cost effective it did offer better warranty terms. The guys were very knowledgeable, explained the problems with the original equipment (cheaper builder quality), and provided alternatives. The installation of the new door spring was very quick, about an hour, and included a full system safety check to make sure everything was working correctly. Overall, very happy with the service provided.
