Jim Holmes is the nicest guy! He was able to fit me into his busy schedule and got the job done fast and clean. Prices good too. He works alone and is busy but I wouldn't call anyone else, he's great.

He really went above and beyond for my issue (after quickly finding and pumping septic) to ensure my family could shower and use the bathroom, he didnt leave until the problem was identified and I had the information I needed to solve the root of the issue. Without his dedication and help I could have been looking at a disaster this was way beyond the scope of anything Id dealt with being a first time homeowner, with him there i had a manageable and repairable situation and the information i needed to get it done.
