Just had a new furnace/ac system installed. What a big difference compared to our old system. The installers were very respectful and courteous. They did an excellent job, all to our satisfaction. When we had questions, they willingly answered. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to all who pitched in and got this job done.

After getting quotes and dealing with many local HVAC companies my family went 3 years using alternative heating to stay warm. Mainly due to cost and judgemental employees. I even had one company tell me I needed a new flu and then didn't even add it to the estimate. They also informed me that my new fridge was to wide and they would need it to be removed for install. If you own a modular or trailer specially if they are old many of these companies treat you as beneath them. I'm a disabled mom of a autistic child doing the best that I can. At the end of December 2025 we had Krooswyk Plumbing and heating come out and give us a estimate. The gentleman was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. I even asked if the fridge would need to be moved. He did the logical thing and pulled out a tap

Our furnace went out and we contacted Krooswyk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. The technician not only diagnosed the issue but showed us pictures so that we had a full understanding of the problem. The Krooswyk team ordered a new furnace and had it installed within 24 hrs. The technicians were very pleasant and respectful of our home. From the time I placed the call to the time the technicians left our home, each person we encountered was very friendly and understanding of our situation. They took our situation seriously and treated us as if we were a priority. Krooswyk has customer service down to a science. Well done Krooswyk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

The plumbing installation and repair work was excellent. However, I was disappointed that their credit/debit system didn't work on my card (software issue?). I had to take a trip to their office and they scanned my physical debit card. It worked with no issues. Jason, it is good customer service to apologize to your customers if they are inconvenienced. And perhaps upgrade your credit/debit card system so your installers can have a mobile unit that gives immediate verification.

We just had our furnace and a/c replaced by Kooswyk. They were easy to deal with, had good communication, arrived on time, did the job in a very professional way and cleaned up after the job was completed. They have skilled service professionals in their employment. I highly recommend them.
