Joe installed a custom built lockset in a custom built door and did a great job. He showed up on time and worked diligently and professionally. There was nothing cookie-cutter about this job as the door is a custom reconstruction in a 140 year old fire station and the lockset is also a custom job built by a blacksmith. The job understandably took a little longer than estimated and the total was reasonably and fairly adjusted for the extra time and work. Now the door functions better than before there was a lockset in it, so I could not be happier with Joe's work. I almost wish I had more doors that needed his excellent work!

Quick key cutting on a specialized key my normal place couldn't cut. It was fast and accurate. I wasnt expecting all the extras they had for sale there. Nice place

I’ve never had worse customer service experience in my life. I called the number, explained the situation and he told me it would be $230 for an emergency unlock. When I said that was fine he mumbled, but loud enough for me to hear, “God damnit.” Then, there was a long pause and he asked me for my name. I said to him that it didn’t seem he was too happy to be working with me. He responded, “who would be?” I was taken aback by this and reminded him that it was his job to help me, especially because I accepted the rate he gave from the beginning. He then continued to say, “Well, I’m willing to help you if you want me to come.” There was no eagerness on his end to do his job whatsoever, especially that job being allowing me back into my home. Completely unprofessional and downright rude.

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Arrived fast and fixed the door lock quickly too. Price was great! I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I needed a replacement motorcycle key, most places turned me away but Holyoke lock took on the challenge and helped get me back on the road. I hope I don't have key problems but if I do I know where to go.
