I'm extremely mixed in my impression, cause all the people have been so helpful to me, and I like how many things they can recycle at the center (like concrete), but the lack of signature is a disaster. The layout of the center is terrible, too, but some of that is easily explainable by a lower budget than they should be given. The office entrance is hard to spot, but if you go around front, you can see the flag and handicap space, and that's where it is. You need to register there first and get your card. If you own your home, that requires a copy of your deed and a valid state ID. First right turn after it are some of the recycle ports, but you need to go past them, take the first right, then right again, to get to the recycling check-in.
