Frank did an excellent job for us in August 2025, when our 8 year old, totally digital , high tech Cabrio Whirlpool clothes washer died. The entire digital panel was dead, and a spark came from the wall plug when I unplugged the washer. I called Home Appliance in Cupertino. We live in Sunnyvale and wanted someone near our home. The office manager took the call and scheduled the repair person , Frank, for 11am the next morning. The service call was only $70, which was applied to the repair bill. Frank arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He explained why this happens, due to the moisture that comes up from the tub, and into the front panel. No way to avoid this. Frank helped to fix my Thermador freezer which stopped working. He was patient and extremely professional. He came in the night at 9am when I worried about something to help address that. He kept me updated as the parts were coming and came promptly to fix. I would strongly recommend him. He is also going to help to fix my thermador cooking range.

Frank is very professional and helpful. I really appreciate his great work on installing our new oven. The installation is challenging because of the unique setup of the cabinet and size of the oven. We had issues with dishwasher not filling with water and called Frank based on Nextdoor recommendations. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and when pulling out the dishwasher discovered a leak we did not realize existed. Frank gave us a price and we agreed.
