Ronbow - Cupertino Showroom

Ronbow did our kitchen cabinets. Shubhlaxmi Malviya was our designer. Given Shubhlaxmi had background in architecture she was very good at creating creative designs to accommodate our needs and budget. Shubhlaxmi was also meticulous in reviewing every aspect of the kitchen design, potential future issues, and how to address them. She also regularly kept us informed about the budget and timelines. Besides finalizing the design, Shubhlaxmi also visited the site during installation, addressed my contractor's questions. Overall we are very happy with the entire experience from start to finish, and we would recommend Shubhlaxmi to anyone looking to have their kitchen cabinets designed. This review is long overdue. I started planning on renovating the kitchen back in mid'24, visiting a few shops to discuss with their designers. At Ronbow, I was introduced to Dingding. She's soft-spoken, kind of reserved at first, so I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to engage with her/Ronbow. On top of that, their policy asks for everything being paid up front (albeit in installments, to be fair/clear) before build/delivery/installation. I was very skeptical about this, as it doesn't seem to be a standard practice with other vendors. I actually paid the initiation fees to 2 different shops, including Ronbow, just to test the water. We worked with Dingding on our kitchen cabinet design, and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what we wanted, gave great ideas, and helped us through every step of the process. The cabinets turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her!

So for prospective customers, please take their online ratings with a grain of salt* We paid $100k up front in October of 2025 for kitchen cabinets, tv wall, and tv wall cabinets. They were very professional and the showroom was beautiful per my parents. They asked for the entire payment up front.
