Home Carpet

I had wood look ceramic tile installed by Home Carpet’s installers in my new construction home in 2022. We are now in 2025, I have probably 12 loose tiles throughout my first floor as well as grout literally crumbling in multiple places. They installed over plywood which is a no no if you do any research at all. I called them to see if anything can be done, no, install is not warranted after 1 year. Not to mention it took me 3 months and a dozen phone calls to even get that answer out of them. Use literally anybody else if you want a good install. I am going to have to have my entire first floor ripped out at some point because of them. Photos are of the worst single spot, my master bathroom, where the loose tile caused all of the grout to crumble away.

I had a very disappointing experience with Home Carpet. Two weeks ago, I went in to order bullnose stair pieces. The sales associate clearly did not understand what a stair bullnose was, yet still placed the order anyway. I was charged around $450 for two extra-long pieces, without it being properly explained that one piece alone would have been sufficient. When the order arrived, I picked it up, realized immediately that I only needed one, and returned to the store within minutes to return the unused piece. It was never installed, never cut, and never altered. Despite this, I was told they “don’t think they can return it” because it was a “special order.” I was left standing in the store for 15+ minutes while they supposedly checked with accounting and a manager—only to be told no, wit

Our carpet came in when it was set to arrive. Our installers Stephan & Scott did a fantastic job. The carpet seams and doorways are absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Home Carpet!

They, evidently, are not pressed for sales. They never called me when they got my measurements. I stopped in at the store twice for sample boards and I felt like I pryed to even get conversation. Sales lady was supposed to call when she got another sample board I wanted to see, never got that either. They missed a big sale with me. Im going elsewhere.

We had the most wonderful experience with Home Carpet! We wanted to make sure we hired the best for our large project of changing all of the flooring in our new home and we are so happy we chose this company. From the very beginning CJ gave us excellent customer service. We were interested in luxury vinyl plank flooring and he recommended a great product that is durable and waterproof. CJ always responded to me quickly via email and he answered all of my questions. He came out to the house right on time when he was scheduled and gave us an accurate estimate and explained what to expect with the installation process. As for the installation of the flooring Gary and Pat and the rest of the crew were absolutely phenomenal!! We were incredibly impressed with their work ethic and craftsmanship.
