Techs Chris and Mike spent the better part of their day installing an Ecobee Thermostat, a Rheem Hybrid Heat Pump water heater and an Aprilaire Steam Humidifier on my existing geothermal heat pump. They answered all my questions and worked efficiently, professionally, and when finished, they cleaned up the work area nicely. Before leaving, they gave me an orientation of the new equipment, including helping me download the apps on my phone. This is my first time using Home Climates and will continue using them to maintain my new and old equipment.

Justin and his assistant were both very polite and professional. Pictures of the problem areas were documented and shown to us. Repair options were given to us on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about the tech Justin. Here’s one more…very thorough in his testing of our HVAC system.

Mike was prompt coming out to see the job and talk it out with my project manager. I received a quote in a pretty quick turnaround time. It was a new install that was deadline driven. Stephen and Chris did a great job. This was a dirty, tiring job and they did it very professionally. I am loving the new heating system. The brand new duct work looks clean.
