Communication was great at first. They came to look at the job and stated I would have an estimate in a few days. I never received the estimate. I reached out multiple times with no response. Obviously will not be going with Home Concepts by JD. Very unprofessional not to respond back. If they did not want to do the job than they should of said so rather than ignoring the person. If I could give them zero stars I would.
