The project manager was not up to speed on the extent of my project. When questioned he told me to focus on one project at a time, then scheduled the gutters before any of the fascia board was wrapped in metal and the crew removed my gutters with no clear schedule for the metal wrap or soffit install. It seemed all that the project manager cared about was a rating, not my home. That being said the install of a new roof decking went smooth and the workers were very polite and professional. Update: The rest of my project is complete! My house is unrecognizable as the place I’ve called home for the last 11 years. Sales person was professional and explained everything clearly. Project Manager was accommodating and made sure the project met my expectations. Crew did a great job in just 2 days! Would recommend, and have done so already 👍😃

Excellent new roof. installers appear to have done good job with roof. Disappointed with completion though. Removed my $4000 gutter guards and left them on the ground. They said they wouldn't fit back on after new roof. Two managers agreed and said it wasn't the company's job. I went up on the porch roof and they hadn't removed one section on the back though. I installed 2 pieces on the porch and they fit fine but being 73 and a disabled veteran I couldn't put them back and didn't have ladders or ability. Collected the guards up and called leaf filter to reinstall them but cost me $400 out of pocket. Leaf filter took less than an hour and replaced all the screws they had thrown away. UPDATE. Manager contacted me and took care of the expenses very quickly. Roof job is fantastic.

I hired Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) to replace siding on a section of my home and an addition. The initial sales presentation was more high-pressure than I prefer, and the original price quoted was higher than I expected. The process included stepping away to “check with a manager,” followed by revised offers. While some customers may be comfortable with that style, it was not my preference. The installation crew was polite, respectful, and professional. The siding itself appears to have been installed well, and the crew leader, Angel, was courteous during the walkthrough. Especially since they performed the work during the coldest period in the area. However, during the walkthrough I discovered that a portion of the work we had discussed was not completed. This is an incredible company! The sales team, Garrett and Sam, were fantastic they provided detailed 3D renderings and tangible presentations that made choosing our options easy and transparent. They offered competitive pricing and took the time to explain the value of every detail. They were even wonderful with our son, making him feel included in the process! Our project manager, Darryl, was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to assist us, even with matters outside the project scope. The crew was respectful, efficient, and left the site spotless. We truly appreciated the great personalities and hard work of everyone involved.
