This has been my first stop for at least the last 8 years. I've known these same employees for years. I liked that we have a decent report. I just went to have a key cut and was refused service due to 'instructions from the owner'. I even called first to make sure they cut keys. Ill never waste my time here again. Ace Hardware, here I come.

Nice people, and a big plus since they now have u-haul vans available! It was quick and convenient whenever I was in a hurry to rent one, very simple to go on the u-haul app and reserve it, and then picking it up was even easier. Nothing to it at all!

This one of the best places to get your hardware and get your keys made. The store is not big and its usually not to busy, so you can go in a get what you need and get out fast. The keys I have gotten have always been cut very good and that keep me from having to worry that the key will mess up my door handle. Ths staff are very nice and informed and they usually have great customer service. The prices are just a little more then some places but the quality is worth the price! They get 4 stars and a thumbs up ☝.

The only reason I'm giving this establishment 5 stars is I believe in supporting the local neighborhood, independently owned Hardware Stores. Generally, the team needs some sensitivity training. They might be able to keep their prices reasonable if they didn't drive of the customers with piss poor service and Karen at the front door. They should definitely consider hiring a person who can better relate to the demographic. Having said that, it's special to have a hardware store in a residence community. It's convenient to most Waco neighborhoods and some of the guys in there can actually answer tough fix-it yourself questions. This joint would be hopping with customers day and night if they had a few people skills and charged for the products and not the convenience. I appreciate you takin
