Best home inspectors I have ever come across. I wanted the inspection to be thorough and couldn't have asked for anything more comprehensive than what they did. Much of it is to with the fact that the two inspectors are founding partners with decades of experience in the industry. So you don't get a random inspector who may or may not know what they are doing - as is almost always the case with larger businesses. The report that I got within half a day was extremely helpful, and I appreciate that it includes suggestions on how to fix things.

John and Claire did a phenomenal job with the entire home inspection. They arrived on time (actually earlier) and took time to survey the site externally and did a meticulous inspection of the exterior and interiors at great detail. They were patient enough to address all of our queries and concerns during and after the inspection and even provided us with a First time Home Buyer's guide which was really helpful. The report provided 24 hours post inspection was extremely detailed and well-documented. I appreciate their effort and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their home inspected.

They are a rare team of professionals who are very polite, friendly, diligent and responsive. They answered all of our questions throughout the process, put together an easily readable and thorough home inspection report, with pictures, within the timeframe we needed - that we later used to guide contractor work. They had no problem guiding us all along the way when we had gaps in knowledge or didn't know where to look to learn more about aspects of the home, including gauging what was serious / safety related and what was normal or typical. Claire and John are two of the best in the business with attention to detail like no other. Your inspection report is sent out the next day and they really explain in great detail during the inspection of possible issues or even non issues that you should look out for.
