I would like to express our excitement of your company taking our $8,000.00 and not providing any cabinets whatsoever. Your a great company! Becareful when doing business with this company! The excuse was we under bid the job which is understandable when you get someone to appraise a job who does not know what they are doing and that is ok just give us our cabinets and we will hang them.

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced and new pullouts and drawers installed by Kitchen Options, Inc. The team was friendly and professional. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned up each day when they left. They even finished the project ahead of schedule! I am very happy with the results. My kitchen looks beautiful!

We recently had Kitchen Options remodel our kitchen because we didn't want to be without for months like on a regular remodel. Keith was our installer and very nice, listened if I had suggestions, was always on time and cleaned up meticulously every time he left the house. We also had some work done in both our bathrooms adding granite. We are very happy with the outcome.

Updating my experience: So it is day 3 of the installation and our installer (Ryan) is doing a great job!! I mean he is so polite and he is dealing with a very old kitchen with lots of problems. I stand by all I wrote before about the very unprofessional job this company did of notifying us of supply chain problems. However having great installers like Ryan is definitely changing my opinion. changed to 3 stars, will update when job is done. So, we got a great sales pitch at one of the home shows. Did a couple of comparison quotes - Kitchen Options wasn't the cheapest but we loved their professional demeanor. And then it all went so badly. they scheduled the job to start on Monday October 10. We emptied our kitchen and were all ready. Nobody showed. We called - it was Columbus

I used Kitchen Options to reface my cabinets, replace my counter tops and remove the tile and add a new backsplash I love the results of my new Kitchen Tracy the sales Representative was great. She walked me through all the steps and time frame and The Who would be doing each stage. Shawn removed the old backsplash and replaced it with submarine tile that I had picked out from a Tile shop he had sent me to. The new backsplash looks amazing. Keith and Jenn did the cabinet refacing and they did a great job. They were very respectful of our home and worked great together and when they left each day the kitchen was clean.
