Best prices in Columbia. I will never go to Lowe’s or home depot again. The prices were unbelievable. The team works together and made the experience smooth and easy. Even though they were busy when I went in a was greeted and still made to feel like a valued customer. The black guy with the beard went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. I will be sending my other contractors to him. My brother sent me in and I was not disappointed at all. It’s nice to feel valued when you are spending a lot of money somewhere

I was finishing up a major remodeling project and stopped in to Home Outlet to check out their inventory. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left there was a negative - almost hostile vibe. Not ONE employee (all men, by the way) asked if I needed help or had any questions - and I was prepared to spend a lot of money that day. As a single woman it was SOOOOO uncomfortable. I tried to ask about a sink and was a given dismissive, gruff, answer. I asked about cabinets and a different guy was also rude. I took some time to look around but the store gave me the creeps and I wanted to leave asap. I purchased two exterior doors (Finer Doors brand) from this location and had them professionally installed. On the first rainfall I was getting water intrusion from what I thought was under the door. It was found that the door sweeps for both doors were deformed and letting light and water in. I contacted Home outlet and they referred me directly to Finer Doors. Once I contacted them, they quickly sent out two new sweeps. Before those sweeps arrived, more rain came and I watched one of the doors leak through the lower seem. I again contacted finer doors and had to submit a warranty claim. They made every excuse to not cover the door and accepted no responsibility. Their opinion was that I should apply a silicone sealant to my brand new door to correct a clearly defective product.
