We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Great service and staff. They knew exactly what we needed. I can’t say enough how much we appreciated them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Sells person was not knowledgeable. "I had to suggest that he physically look at the door we were asking about." He could not find it on the computer. Had no motivation to be helpful.

My husband and I went into the Dothan location last Saturday looking to purchase an exterior door for our home. When we walked in, not one person acknowledge us. Now I will say they were with a customer but somebody could have said someone will be right with you. We walked to the back to look at the doors and found what we were looking for but also had some questions. As we walked back up front, there was a young man behind the counter. He just looked at us and never ask if he could help us, so my husband and I left and decided to go somewhere else. Customer service is very important and I am giving one star because of that.

To all my D-I-Y-ers this is the store for you. Have a husband who is handy with tools, come pick out your new kitchen. A statement front door will change the look of your home and Home Outlet has beautiful doors.
