We have used Home Outlet for both of our reno’s and they have always been very helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable based on other surrounding stores. I have nothing bad to say about the store/staff it is always a pleasure doing business with them!

Great place to get what you need for your home! Stopped by and found some flooring that checked all our boxes! Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as knowledgeable! Will be using them for all our reno projects.

Not a good experience with this company at all. Used them even despite them being more expensive expecting high quality. Now it’s been less than a year and some of the cabinet doors are completely delaminated. Tried to give them the opportunity to fix it since we spent thousands on these and they flat said they will not even attempt to repair replace or fix it that we could just buy an entirely new cabinet. Poor customer service, poor products, poor communication and even in the store they kept adding things to make the price go up (lazy Susan etc). Flat out had to say don’t add anything extra or I’ll do business elsewhere. Should’ve took that as a sign. Go ahead and use ANYBODY else.

Great store that has everything you need for a reno at reasonable prices. It is difficult sometimes because you don't know what exactly is in stock and when or if there will be more..so it is kind of like a salvage store in that respect. They always had what I needed especially doors ...prehung for 175 bucks which is pretty reasonable if you aren't just looking for boring old 6 panel doors. The also have a full kitchen and bath design center which is great if you need help getting your project of the ground. Would reccomend to anyone locally who wants nice stuff at cheaper price than a big box store. Staf fis also amazing. Being disabled they were happy to help get qhat I need and load it up for me for no charge. Only thing I think would be great addition is delivery service. Most of the

What a little hidden gym of a store great selection of quality merchandise friendly staff answered all our questions and had just fantastic prices. I definitely recommend this place.
