Called on Monday April 22 to inquire about pricing on flooring and was told to call back the next day when the manager comes in because he was the only one that could answer my question. I called back the next morning April 23rd and asked to speak with the manager as instructed. The older sounding gentleman that answered the phone would not put me through to the manager nor answer me when I asked if he was the manager. He was confrontational for no apparent reason. When I asked him why he couldn’t transfer me to the manager nor answer if he was the manager he just chuckled and just kept saying “what do you need man”. Completely unprofessional and rude. He has no business working retail treating people that way. Even more so when you never gave them a reason to.
