I had these people come out nearly 6 months ago for some squirrels in my attic. They charged me $6k and the squirrels are still there. I've called and They've been out multiple times, but still squirrels. I'm trying to sell my house now and a realtor walks up and sees one just sitting there in the attic FFs. Avoid this company at all costs. They'll overcharge you and still do a terrible job.

There was some confusion with the termite inspection as my seller needed the WDI for closing. Once everyone was on the same page, Paramount conducted the correct inspection within 20 mins. I still needed to report so that my closing would not be delayed and I called I don't know how many times for an update. Each time I called the customer service rep was always courteous and I spoke to some of them more than once. Each time they tried to give me the latest update and never just gave me a quick "We are still working on it". This is what I call customer service and they gave me the report I needed within the time they promised. Very pleased with their service.

Horrible sales person. Extremely expensive when you can find cheaper rates for better service. Guy who came to look at my house was very vague about everything. Over 2K to seal my attic.

I see your billboards along the I-64. However, as soon as I see ad. in it, I feel very disgusting and do not continue to pay attention to any information since the cockroach on the billboard makes me sick. Today, I saw another billboard and found bedbug was featured instead of cockroach.It is much less disgusting and I could read your company name. Could you delete cockroach on the billboard and instead put bedbugs or termites, or something else that is not very disgusting?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! IT HAS TAKEN ME SINCE FEBRUARY 2019 UNTIL NOW MAY 2019 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY $520.00 REFUND DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR END. EVERYTIME I CALL THE OFFICE I ALWAYS END UP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. NO ONE OWNS ANYTHING. JUST TELL ME THIS AND THAT TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE. IT'S RIDICULOUS.
