I absolutely loved my service with Rick W. He was knowledgeable, helped to explain not just the issues, but how he would take care of them at the source. He explained every step of the process to me, and really made me comfortable in my choice to go with Home Paramount. If all of their techs are as knowledgeable and friendly and hard working as Rick, then this is a great company and a great experience!

Man I was up there visiting my Aunt and she had an appointment with Paramount to come out to the house for a service call. But anyway this dude Xander calls her up and gives her about a 10 minute heads up that he is almost there. He gets there and I'm just letting them do what they do, and when Xander came in and started talking to my Aunt Mary, you would think they were friends for the last 20 years. I live in North Carolina and it's common to see polite people but this was beyond being polite. Dude remembered like all the past service calls and asked about the spider under the deck to make sure he was gone. I needed advice on pest control in the desert. Not sure how I got linked to the branch in Maryland, but they were super helpful. Turns out one the guys there used to live out here in Arizona, so he was able to help me out. Good advice to someone you don't have a chance of making money from = five stars!
