Home Paramount Pest Control came to do the annual termite inspection on 7/7/25. Tony was the inspector. He did a very thorough job. He answered all my questions. He represented Home Paramount well. He also provided extra bug traps. I was very pleased with the service.

He is extremely polite, articulate and thorough, in his explanations of how he is proceeding with our treatments, as well as our option to have him return at no additional charge, if necessary to address any issues that may arise in between our scheduled treatment appointments. Have been with Paramount Pest Control for a few years already. Our initial issue was we saw termites in the garage, and we did not have any coverage with any company. Called a few companies and Paramount came out to be the most professional, with better pricing, and their treatment was sufficient. The other company wanted to charge me 3 times as much with a much more aggressive plan. Finally, recently we signed up with insulation for the attic and I know Paramount does it. Their quote was much better than other insulation companies. Yet, their insulation material also has some chemical that steers mice and insects away. Had a rodent problem and this company went above and beyond. They kept in contact throughout the 3 day project giving me updates. Paramount not only came in at lower price then the huge pest companies but offered more and including a year of service. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that needs this service. The house that we purchased two year ago had termite bait inspections installed. Therefore, we decided to maintain the contract. The original owner also used Home Paramount for general pest control. When they came to inspect the bait stations I asked for a quote for preventive insect control. Their price was on pair but they claimed that we had ants colonies on the exterior and needed to have the lower part of the use sprayed. I questioned how the house would have such a problem if they sprayed regularly. They gave me a story that I did not buy. I declined their service and got on the phone looking for another company. Within 30 minutes another technician came to conduct an inspection to start service which I had not requested or authorized. He tried to make me feel bad, as he was already
