0 star if I can. They failed to show up at a scheduled time 3 times in a row in the same week. I am a returning customer who did not renew for 2 years because of multiple no shows and unprofessional work ethic. I decided to try again with the new management in place now. The same behavior coming back again. I have been told a delinquent customer 10 days after signing the contract. Avoid D’ondre and Isiah!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Home Paramount Pest Control. Michelle was very nice on the phone and spent a ton of time answering my questions. Todd was very professional and I appreciated his time inspecting. They offer free inspections and I felt bad I took up Todd’s time and offered to give him a tip or payment and he refused. He even managed to squeeze us into his schedule and I am very grateful to him. Luckily, there were no bugs found! Thank you Michelle and Todd!!!

Great experience. Was quick, professional, and got the job done…was great hanging out for a few hours chatting with the technician while they did their work. I’m a stay at home dad so it was like having an adult play date. Looking for more issues so I can get Brian to come back.

I have been a long long long time customer. I recently had a general inspection done and the attic treatment was recommended. The rep said we can set up a payment plan so I agreed to it. It turned out the plan was never set up, and after calling 4 times, nobody from the "branch" returned my call over the course of 1.5 months and the "corporate" did not help. In the meantime, I got a letter stating they will charge me for the late fee. I am now very disappointed for their lack of professionalism.

I’ve been having rodent issues at our vacation home as it stays unoccupied for stretches of time. I’ve been praying to find a solution. I called Home Paramount and they sent a nice young man who looks EXACTLY like a modern day Jesus. He didn’t just look like him, he also performed a miracle! We have been rodent free for weeks :) I just wish they did landscaping as well because we have weeds that need tended to but that’s another story.
