Dashawn was efficient proficient and professional. The energy audit professional they sent really knew his business. He was polite and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend their services. It's really nice to see service professionals who are happy at their job it means their employer cares about them and it shows. HPI REVIEW Project complete 2-21-24 I am doing this review for Dianne Marshall, who is my Mom and is a senior that qualified for the services that HPI provides. We wanted to express our gratitude to the entire team @ HPI as our little home project did end up being more roundtrips from Richmond to Staunton than usual to complete the service (usually 1 audit team and 1 installation team). Both Kennedy and Garrett, the Project Manager on the phones at the office were very courteous during scheduling & always rang ahead to let us know the guys were on their way on the days of service. The 1st visit, we had Dashawn, the Energy Auditor & Chris come out to do a whole house energy review. They made sure to let us know what they were looking for in their audit and what would be offered during

Perry, KayJohn, and John were very professional and polite. They arrived at the scheduled time frame and started work immediately. The cleanup was immaculate. They explained about the improvements and provided answers to all of our questions. They are definitely a five star team. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a top notch team. The home performance by the four service workers led by Perry was excellent. Professional, cordial, focused and quick. They exceeded expectations when it was discovered that a snafu was in the job order, but they made corrections on the spot and fulfilled the expected work in timely fashion. Perry and his crew are 5 stars excellent.

Perry and his team (Kay, Tyler’s & John) were very prompt & professional from the beginning until they left our home. Perry called in advance to schedule and explained all the details of work to be done. The were respectful and left the site clean. They did a very thorough job! I will definitely recommend!
