All the employees are quick, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of faucet cartridges and before I could say anything he had the correct replacements in hand. The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.

I took in a part to repair a frost proof faucet. The individual who assisted me couldn’t have been more helpful. He provided the necessary parts, assembled them so all I needed was to reinsert the part back into the sleeve and tighten. I was provided exceptional service and encourage anyone needing plumbing supplies to shop here.

He knew model and what part to replace. There’s no replacing experience. All done in less than 30 min

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Mike talked me through a shower cartridge replacement with the correct components since I had previously ordered some on Amazon and while they worked, they were not quite right. Mike asked me to call him later to make sure they were worked. Now my shower works like new. Great place! Terrific customer service.

After going to 4 different places in search of a kitchen faucet cartridge that no one had in stock nor could identify I was referred to them by W.F. Meyer in Aurora and I spoke to an extremely helpful and knowledgeable gentleman named Ron who I believe is the owner. Ron simply had me send him pics and measurements of the part and he was able to quickly identify the part as an import and even though he didn’t stock the exact one I had he had some in stock that he assured me would work and even though he was closing around the time I would’ve made it home he still told me that he wanted me to call him and would await my call regardless to ensure that the part fit and functioned properly and it works perfectly!
