Home Pro Electrical is supposed to provide electrical wiring warranty support for LGI Homes. Several calls to HomePro netted the same results. The person just laughs and say that we only do security systems. Don't deal with this company. They don't even know what they are supposed to do.
These people are crooks! Beware, when you try to cancel with them they change their terms to add hundreds of dollars in fees. Please go with someone else that is a reputable company.
Highly recommend this Company, I had to speak with Cyla W to cancel a technical appt and she was very pleasant to speak with and extremely helpful, I'm happy with this security system and any time I have an issue it is handled in an timely manner,It's nice to know you can speak with a live person instead of a computer.
