Jeremy was referred to me by a friend of a friend. I had been told I needed a new furnace and AC system by one of the big companies and would cost around $12,000! Jeremy assessed the situation and confirmed I did need new units but quoted me nearly half of the cost of the other company. After he left, that evening the blower fan on my furnace went out. I text him and told him immediately what happened. He changed his schedule to come out the very next day to get the furnace and AC installed! I call that customer service! This is a family owned, local business. They are all very nice people. I’ve been very impressed with this company. Highly recommend!

Best experience we've ever had with an HVAC company. Chris and Jeremy are fairly priced and they fixed our A/C for nearly half the price of what the larger companies wanted.

We used Home Property Solutions the end of December 2024 They installed a heat pump plus thermostat. The thermostat seems to be bad. We have called and text but can't get anywhere. My a/c will not turn off due to thermostat not reading room temperature correctly. I can't turn it off due to having handicapped brother living here as well. We paid over 4 thousand dollars and this is the thanks we get. My electric bill has tripled. The thermostat they put in only lasted 6 months. We ended up having another HVAC company come out. We were told our a/c unit is old and Home Property Solutions should have replaced it along with putting a heat pump in. They can not use the heat pump or thermostat that was put in. When I tell you God sent these men, 3 brothers from above! My air conditioner went out. Several techs came out, no one could fix it. Jeremy, Jeff and Chris gave it to me straight no chaser! They don’t mess around! I got a new air conditioner! They installed in an afternoon. Quick, efficient, professional, down to earth fellows! I would recommend them to the Pope!!! I mean you can’t find a better company to work with! I need to call them for winter service for my furnace! I wish I had took a picture of all 3 of them huddled under an umbrella while installing the new air conditioner!!! Best experience ever!

We were referred by Choice Home Warranty. Our furnace went out and these brothers came out and were initially able to get us up and running with a pretty economical solution. They thought the capacitor just needed replaced. Well, the furnace worked for a good three or four days but got screechy. As soon as they could get back they returned and determined that the blower motor really was the culprit. They were able to order the part and come back before the super cold weather hit. It was Chris’ anniversary and he came out to get to work. We appreciated their professionalism, and their friendly demeanor. They seemed very sincere in wanting to get us taken care of.
