From the greeting from Tony on the phone and all throughout my experience with Jake’s…I honestly couldn’t be happier. We’ve used Jake’s multiple times on past properties we’ve lived in and across 5 years, the experience has always consistently been the same…phenomenal and top notch. Keagan was great when he came out. Very professional and was very thorough in explaining everything with our furnace. I never felt like I was asking a “dumb question” just because he was very affirming and willing to explain everything. Jake’s, as always, thanks for the amazing service from the phone to our home!

Called for an estimate on a large job. I needed to talk to Chad, left a message for him. We traded messages, and I called back to speak with him. An obviously AI chat bot answered in a female voice and claimed she was Chad. I objected to the obvious gender difference and the chat bot immediately stated I would be transferred to Chad’s line. Life’s too short for these games and AI BS. My very expensive plumbing project went to another company.

Austin, the tech who came to my home was skilled, smart, detail oriented, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, customer care oriented and so was John the Service Writer I worked with on the phone. Great process and they took great care of me. Highly recommend Jake's! Great company! Thank you to your team!

Jake’s is great! We’ve used them from small things like servicing equipment seasonally all the way up to installing new furnaces and AC units. They’re quickly responsive, great at communication and explaining the issues and giving suggestions and offering solutions without just trying to make you spend tons of money. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been great.
