Worst costumer service I’ve dealt with! Cashier denied help with loading plywood to my truck saying it’s not enough for them to help. It’s a chaos inside!

Was supposed to receive a quote on installing a storm door. The installer arranged by Home Depot Aspen Hill completed the measurements and said to follow up with the store if we hadn't received a quote by now. But the HD "Millwork" department who are supposed to supply this quote never answers its phone. I've called 3 times, and given up holding each time after 20 mins. I shouldn't have to work this hard to give HD my business.

the worst home depo in the area, stay away !! it's s impossible to find a fan. I asked three different people and no one knows where the product is. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Big box store. Bought paint. The service person that helped me knew what she was doing. Surprisingly, my checkout line moved rapidly even with social distancing.

I have low expectations be and am pleasantly surprised when they get the job done right.
