Went into kitchen design department with my mom and Miss Guek went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Even though my mom had a previous design for the kitchen that she had worked out with a previous associate it seemed their system was not able to retrieve it and Miss Guek not only did a new design from scratch, she also improved it! My mom was super happy with all her design suggestions and recommendations and even though we were with her with a long time bouncing off ideas Miss Guek remained kind and helpful! Please consider giving Miss Guek a raise because she definitely deserves it!!!!!! Next time we come back for a design need we will definitely look for her😁

I’ve been coming to the Aspen Hill Home Depot for years, and Duane has consistently gone above and beyond to help me every single time. Today he assisted me with some lighting and, as always, provided outstanding service. Duane is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping customers find the right solutions. While visiting store 14000 Georgia Ave Aspen Hill MD 20906 on 2/28/2026 around (8:35) am. I met Jared W. (D90), who was so helpful. Out of nowhere Jared saw my action while at the register and he stepped up and politely stated " I can help you". I was so surprised but at the same time I was relieved for his kindness. Jared was courteous, he smiled as he assisted with my items by ensuring I knew how to use the handheld scanner device. Please thank Jared and offer him a big KUDOS!!! Later my nephew and I returned to the store and as we were walking to look for some sheet rock and painting items an assistant was walking towards us. We made a bet to see if the employee could help us. Well low and behold Cindy gave us directions and she came back to where she directed us to make sure, we were

I rented the boom lift at this home depot. A same young man worked at the rental department helped me with picking up and returning the machine. He was courteous, efficient, and knows the machine very well. Smooth process and overall a pleasant experience. Home depot price is reasonable. Definitely beats some other tool rental company I could find close by.

I ordered a washer and dryer combo for my apartment and they gave me a delivery date. Good so, I scheduled and reserved my freight elevator at my building. A day or two before my delivery Home Depot changes the delivery date. Inconvient but okay I will change my elevator reservation that's fair. On the delivery day the driver call me and said we are on our way, ok no problem I said I'm going to my front desk to grab the elevator and be right down. The front desk took a minute to grab the key and her coat and got down to the truck. The driver was pulling away and stopped to say me and that I taken too long to greet him. With no intention of delivering my washer. I live in an apartment building it takes a little bit more time to get elevators prepared to meet drivers unlike a house. I
