Ordered a carpet runner to be installed. Customer service ordered me two. Spent 20 plus minutes trying to pay for a simple order. Deliver window for instal was 2-6. No communication all day. The worker showed up at 7:30 speaking no English. Brought a “friend” that did not work for the company as well.
