Some help but not what I needed. Trued to checkout, handed my vet card over, watched her punch in for vet discount, computer kicked it out and charged full price. Was told to go to service desk...on the other end of the store. The clerk acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to have to refund then rescan. Their fault, not mine. She kept saying she didnt know how and I told her to scan the reciept, pull it up, refund and re charge with the discount. For the amount of time she groaned about it, it took less than 30 seconds to correct and me walk out the door when she finally listened to me. She didnt know how! Why doesnt your register clerks know how to do their job?

poor scheduling. I did a survey from a email I received about roofing specials in my area. in the survey it asked what kind I wanted i said metal. After finishing the survey my phone started ringing and because I didn't recognize the number I ignored it they called right back and did this 3 times in a row until I finally answered to a woman that could barely speak English and wanted to schedule home depot to come give an estimate for a metal roof the next day at 9 am. I received a reminder call that night at 730pm. next morning no show when I called they said I didn't call back and confirm appt and I told them the message didn't say to confirm it said it was reminding. so they said they would see if the contractor was still available to come and put me on a long hold. when they came ba

Excellent customer service store wide, always stocked, never come across an item that was out of stock. Online pre-shopping for items and having them waiting when awesome time saver, convenient, and accuracy is spot on!!

You can certainly find what you're looking for, and customer assistance has improved.

They keep pushing back my delivery for my stove may have to go somewhere else
