Home Services at The Home Depot

DO NOT GET WINDOWS from HOME DEPOT!!! I ordered windows from HD Home Services and it's been a nightmare. On 7/26 - ordered 7 windows. 9/9 - original installation date came and went with no installation and no follow up from the Bloomfield store. I reached out to the Bloomfield store and was told that they don't really have anything to do with installation. I was given a number to call that I tried for two days before I got a person on the line. I was given 9/27 as my new installation date. 9/27 - The installer who according to HD is Domus, came and installed the windows and one was cracked. They said they'd come back the next week and put it in. They told me I didn't need to mention it to HD. I did mention it to HD bc the cracked window did not stop HD from collecting the $$.Once again I

There never seem to be enough staff to help you at this store, when you find someone they send you to the wrong location. This happens every time

Received an estimate for a ductless mini split system, $18,000. Way overpriced...
