Home Services at The Home Depot

We signed up in one of the stores to have fence work done and we’re contacted by J. Andrew‘s Fence company. They did good work on the fence, but the only thing I had a problem with was how long it took to actually get the fence done. Before they first contacted us in September and said they would come out to and do a quote I didn’t show up after scheduling several times. After no one else contacted us I signed up for services again and they contacted us again. Unfortunately, the work was not done until January 2026.

For this review, please keep in mind that we literally live within a 5 minute drive from the South Bay Home Depot. As in we've walked there before. On 12/30/2017 we ordered a fridge from the South Bay Home Depot because our current one broke down and no longer refrigerates properly. The order went through very quickly and a delivery was scheduled for 1/4/2018. So far so good. Of course it doesn't get delivered that day, but after we call to ask they tell us they changed the delivery date to 1/6/2018. They even called us to let us the night before to let us know that the fridge would be delivered between 10am-2pm. Still not too bad. But of course nobody shows up. After contacting support and being put on hold twice they try to put the blame on GE for "not delivering the fridge to the war
