Tried getting someone to come out and measure my kitchen for a remodel, which costs $99, and is supposedly the first step in ordering new cabinets. They charged my credit card $99 and never sent anyone out. No one there has any idea what's going on and the "designer" is an airhead. I plan on taking my business to Lowes from now on.
Absolutely awful! Do not purchase a kitchen through Home Depot. They screwed up the measurements from day one and there has been issues with everything from that day forward. Mangers lie to cover up their mistakes and blame it on the customer.
