Home Services at The Home Depot

From the carpet and padding selections, to the installation, every step of the way the Home Depot team made it a pleasant experience. If I had any complaints it would be the time I had to wait between my selection and the actual install, but not their fault that I chose the holidays to get it done 🤔. The installation team was great. They came in around 9 am and we're completely done by 1:00 with the whole house. I am completely satisfied with the product and service I received. 🤗

The installation was done well and the product is good quality. There were some holes in communication since I talked to people at Home Depot, scheduler and installer. Details weren’t solidified before it was scheduled and then they weren’t willing to change after scheduled and paid. Not entirely anyone’s fault but just make sure all details are set before paying.

Huge delays in product delivery and installation. The totally infuriating part was when the installer finally showed up they claimed that they needed to sand a spot of the subfloor and we had to immediately pay them $820 additional or they would leave. That’s almost 60% added to the amount we already paid for installation. It was extortion! They started sanding that spot at 10:05 am and finished at 10:16 which equals $4400.00 an hour labor I called Home Depot, spoke with the store manager and they would not help me with their installers extortion tactics.

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Our designer Lovena was very knowledgeable and helpful in our choices. Brad the installer was great. Follow up from Customer service was spot on.

Door installation still not finished. Been 6 months due to incorrect parts ordered. Installer great HD employees were the issue.
