Home Services at The Home Depot

I had to change an order for blinds on my new house. Roberto C. was extremely helpful and professional.

I don’t even know where to begin with this travesty of a set up. We used Home Depot’s home services to have granite installed in two of our bathrooms. I’m not sure how they choose the contractors that they use but as a consumer, you don’t get a say in it. That’s only part of the problem though. When you have the granite installed, that is pretty much all they do. We had to disconnect all of the plumbing (not a tough task), hire a glass removal company to remove and reinstall the mirrors, and then hire a plumber to come out to install the sinks and faucets. So the price that they give you isn’t too bad but it’s because they do so little. Had everything we needed to do a shelf and the staff were super helpful in ensuring we had the right material and giving us advice on how to install the shelf.

Its okay if you know what you are doing. The plumbing section has skilled men there.
